Tell us about your education and career background.

I bring over two decades of experience in data science, analytics, and technology leadership. My last role was at Intuit, where I led major data initiatives. My career also includes leadership roles at Asana and an early tenure at Yahoo, where I was part of the teams that pioneered large-scale data utilization.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA. I chose a career in data and analytics because it offers a unique, creative opportunity to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive meaningful business value. I’m passionate about unlocking the story behind numbers to help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions.

During my time at Stanford University, I was actively involved in a significant organizational transformation. I am credited with building a world-class data organization from the ground up, establishing a robust data governance framework across the institution, and leading the complex initiative to consolidate siloed data systems. This effort culminated in the creation of a unified, modern enterprise data platform, which dramatically improved data accessibility and trust, enabling advanced analytics and research capabilities throughout the university.

My appointment into this position underscores Acrisure's strategic investment in data and analytics as core pillars of its future success.

Tell us more about this new executive role.

I will be responsible for the company's enterprise data strategy, analytics, and data governance, and focus on leveraging data as a strategic asset to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver superior customer experiences.
