Meet Rabia Baig, Technical Recruiter

Rabia Baig brings deep experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, having supported roles across software engineering, data science, and technical leadership at global technology organizations. Her passion for building high-performing teams and her curiosity about emerging technologies ultimately led her to Acrisure.

“I was drawn to the growth happening at Acrisure and the opportunity to help build an organization that blends the speed and innovation of a startup with the scale and influence of an industry leader,” she shared. “Data, AI, and modernization fuel Acrisure’s transformation. In my role, I partner with ETG leaders who are developing the core systems powering this evolution and contribute to the vision shaping Acrisure’s future.”

Meet Caitlin Cole, Senior Technical Recruiter

Caitlin Cole has spent her career building technical teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments. Her experience partnering with engineering, product, and data leaders made her a natural fit for Acrisure’s Enterprise Technology Group.

“I was drawn to Acrisure because of the scale of transformation happening here,” she said. “ETG sits at the intersection of enterprise modernization, data, and applied AI. I saw an opportunity to help build a world-class technical organization that blends startup-level ownership with enterprise-level impact.”

Working with ETG allows Caitlin to collaborate closely with leaders, building foundational systems that will shape Acrisure’s future for years to come.

What is the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG)?

ETG is responsible for designing, building, and scaling the core technology platforms that power Acrisure’s global business.

This includes:

  • Enterprise data platforms
  • AI-enabled decision systems
  • Internal products
  • Technical infrastructure supporting a global organization

The group partners closely with business leaders to solve complex, real-world problems, moving beyond legacy systems and toward modern, data-driven, and operationally intelligent solutions. ETG plays a central role in enabling Acrisure’s long-term growth and innovation strategy.

What excites the team about ETG

For Caitlin, the energy comes from the blend of ambition and ownership.

“ETG teams are tackling meaningful, non-theoretical problems at scale,” she said. “They’re empowered to design solutions end-to-end—from architecture and data modeling to deployment and business impact.”

She also appreciates the clarity and purpose behind the work.

“Engineers and product leaders aren’t building in isolation; they’re deeply connected to the ‘why’ behind the work. It’s energizing to support teams where technical excellence and business impact are equally valued.”

For Rabia, it’s the combination of ambition and autonomy that makes ETG unique.

“ETG teams tackle real, high-impact problems and have the autonomy to shape and deliver solutions across the entire stack,” she said. “Their work is grounded in clear objectives, with a constant focus on how each contribution drives the business forward. Supporting teams where exceptional engineering is directly connected to meaningful business outcomes is incredibly motivating.”

  • Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers
  • Platform and Infrastructure Engineers
  • Product Managers and Technical Product Leaders
  • Forward-deployed or customer-embedded technical roles
  • Engineering and Technical Leaders

The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Curiosity, pragmatism, and clear communication are essential.

What makes someone successful in ETG?

According to Caitlin, successful team members often share these qualities:

  • Strong fundamentals in engineering, data, or systems design
  • Systems thinking and an understanding of how decisions ripple across platforms
  • An ownership mentality from problem definition through delivery
  • Clear, effective communication
  • Adaptability and curiosity in a fast-evolving technical landscape

How ETG supports career growth.

ETG offers opportunities to grow through:

  • High-impact, meaningful work
  • Close partnership with senior technical leaders
  • Influence over foundational systems
  • The ability to deepen technical expertise or expand into leadership

Because ETG is still actively scaling, individuals have significant opportunities to shape their path and take on increasing responsibility.

Advice for candidates.

Rabia encourages candidates to reflect on the kind of impact they want to make.

“Think about the challenges and technical spaces that energize you,” she said. “Come ready to discuss how you’ve made informed technical decisions, how you bring clarity to ambiguity, and how your work has produced tangible, measurable results.”

And most importantly: “If Acrisure’s mission motivates you and the challenges spark your interest, we’d love to hear your story.”

Caitlin’s biggest piece of advice: focus on impact.

“When exploring ETG roles, think about the problems you want to solve and the systems you want to help build,” she said.

Candidates should be prepared to talk about:

  • Technical trade-offs they’ve made
  • How they’ve worked through ambiguity
  • How their work has driven real outcomes

And one final reminder.

“Don’t self-select out. If the mission and the work resonate with you, we want to hear from you.”
