Ayse Saziman is Vice President of HR Consulting at Acrisure Partner Tarpey Group and Co-Founder of Empowerk, a faction of Tarpey Group. She is credited with launching Tarpey’s HR Consulting business which is a substantial value add to Tarpey’s benefit book of business.

Ayse holds the highest designations in the field (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) and is trained in providing solution-driven best practices in the areas of compliance, strategic planning, employee life cycle management and limiting exposure in all HR areas of potential liability. Ayse received her Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in New York, NY.
