As EVP of Client Services & Compliance, Dawn acts as a compliance consultant for Filice clients who have employment issues related to areas such as PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, Section 125, ERISA and various state-specific regulations.

Prior to this role, she was a Human Resources Director and has more than 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. She holds an MBA and Human Resource Management degree from Golden Gate University and is an avid Crossfitter and Peloton cycle rider.
