POLAND, December 19, 2025 – Gdańsk-based Efficient Insurance Solutions (EIS) has entered into an agreement with leading global fintech Acrisure to expand their business. The transaction will be finalised upon receiving approval from the Chairman of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
EIS specialises in developing technology enabled MGA solutions in the affinity distribution channel, with a strong focus on consumer electronics and white goods. The company also provides innovative claims-handling solutions for its insurance carrier partners. In addition, it supports cutting-edge technology and automation for insurance processes.
Under the agreement, Acrisure will acquire 100% of EIS’s equity. The current owners of EIS will become shareholders in Acrisure, the US-based parent company, and the existing management board of EIS will continue to lead the company in this new phase.
