Acrisure Announces New Chief Financial Officer

Sao Paulo, BRAZIL, 16 October 2025: Acrisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Caio Petrolini as the new Chief Financial Officer for its operations in Brazil.

Caio will report to Thomaz Menezes, CEO of Acrisure Brazil and Head of LatAm, and will join the company’s Executive Committee in Brazil, strengthening the leadership team in executing Acrisure’s growth and innovation strategy in the Brazilian market. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries, Caio brings a proven track record in driving efficiency, governance, and sustainable growth – capabilities that will be instrumental as Acrisure continues to expand and integrate its operations in Brazil.

Prior to joining Acrisure, he served as CFO at Willis Towers Watson Brazil, where he developed deep expertise in financial planning, controllership, and auditing. His experience managing M&A processes and financial integrations will directly support Acrisure’s strategy of scaling through innovation and strategic partnerships.

Caio holds degrees in Actuarial Science from PUC-SP and Accounting from Trevisan Business School, as well as an MBA in Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. Proficient in BRGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP, he also worked internationally with PwC in Hartford, United States, where he participated in audits for major insurance groups – experience that enhances his understanding of the market and strengthens Acrisure’s governance and risk management practices in the region.

“Caio’s strategic mindset and experience in digital transformation, financial integration, and growth through mergers and acquisitions will be key assets in supporting Acrisure’s expansion in Brazil,” said Thomaz Menezes.
