Lori Green is Managing Partner of the South Region and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, performance and cultivating the culture of the region. Her dynamic background features more than twenty-five years of experience in Operations, Risk Management, Leadership, Growth Strategies and Acquisitions across multiple industries.
She is a purpose-driven servant leader who is dedicated to serving her community locally and abroad. She encourages others to pursue their passion to promote personal growth and professional success.
Her insurance and agency career began at Acrisure many years ago when she joined the team to enhance the agency's value proposition and expansion of risk management services. She directly contributed to the organization's growth and success while serving in several different roles. Her leadership pioneered the Risk Management Services department and instilled core values and strategic decisions across the organization.
She enjoys contributing and witnessing the positive outcomes Acrisure makes each day by helping our employees and clients achieve their goals.
Paul serves as Vice President of Risk Management for Acrisure South. Prior to joining Acrisure 2017, Paul was SVP of Risk Services for Equify/Wilks Bros for 4 years and spent 13 years with AON/Allied North America as Senior VP Construction Claims for the Southwest Region.
With more than 3 decades of claims experience, Paul brings his deep expertise to each engagement by providing review of claims regulations, coverage interpretation, and exposure analysis. He champions client advocacy and claims management. Paul holds designations as a Claims Law Specialist (SCLA), Associate In Claims (AIC) and has been Licensed as a Claims Adjuster for over 30 years.
Colin Conly serves as Vice President of Surety where he oversees Acrisure South's bond department. He started his career in the Surety industry with Ohio Casualty Insurance Company in 2001. Ohio Casualty was acquired by Liberty Mutual in 2007 where he continued as an underwriter and manager before joining Mullis Newby Hurst in September of 2021. He actively participates in numerous industry associations in North Texas.
Colin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas Christian University. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching far too many live and televised sporting events.
With over thirty years of invaluable experience in the insurance industry, Robin is a seasoned professional known for her calm demeanor and analytical mindset. She consistently brings these qualities to her team, encouraging them to consider multiple viewpoints and uncover innovative solutions for various situations.
Throughout her career, Robin has honed her expertise in insurance marketing, coverage and claims analysis, regulatory compliance, and operations management. Her comprehensive knowledge allows her to navigate complex industry landscapes with ease, ensuring her team operates smoothly and efficiently.

John is responsible for growing the personal and small commercial lines for the South Region.
John spent over 30 years building BIG Insurance Solutions into one of the top multi-line insurance Agencies in Texas. In June of 2021, BIG Insurance Solutions became a proud Acrisure partner. The partnership allowed Acrisure to tap into John's extensive experience in growing and leading successful agencies.
John is a proud Purdue University graduate (Boiler up!). He has been married to Shelley for 34 years. They are blessed with wonderful children and grandchildren. He is an avid dog lover and enjoys reading, golfing, entertaining, live music and anything that keeps him active.
John Powter is a Founding member of Acrisure South and the Acrisure Advisory Council. He joined Acrisure as the Managing Partner of Acrisure Agency Partner GDP Advisors.
John Powter was raised in the North Texas area where he attended the University of North Texas. He graduated from UNT with a degree in Risk Management. Upon graduation, John accepted a position with Arthur J. Gallagher - one of the top 10 insurance agencies in the world. While at Gallagher, John became their first agent ever to be selected to attend Chubb Insurance's underwriting school. This involved an intensive study of insurance coverage of all types. Once completed, John was placed in Gallagher's Alternative Risk Department - brainstorming solutions for large, difficult accounts.
In 1993, John received the Domino's franchisees' portfolio to service. By 1994 he had opened his own agency, John Powter Insurance Agency Inc., specializing in insuring Domino's franchises. He has since gained a reputation for providing superior premiums, coverage, and customer service to his 600+ Domino's franchises. At this time, Powter Insurance, Inc. insures more Domino's franchisees than any other agency in the U.S.
John currently runs his office in Collin County, Texas, where he resides with his wife and partner, Dianne, and their three children.
Janet is the Senior Controller for the South Platform and will be putting together and leading the platform accounting team. She has over 25 years of experience in insurance agency accounting. She spent 19 of those years at one of our Partners where she worked her way from Staff Accountant to Controller. After Acrisure purchased that agency in 2014, she helped lead their accounting conversion from Applied TAM to Epic and participated on a committee to build the Epic Group database.
In 2019 Janet made the move from the agency to Corporate as an Accounting Integration Specialist and led accounting import processes for other agency partner conversions to Epic. In 2021, she returned to a Controller role in the South region when ABS was formed.
Janet lives in Piedmont, Oklahoma with her husband of 33 years. They have two sons and one new grandson, born in December. She and her husband have begun working on their goal of playing golf in every state!
Alan Byers is the South Platform Technology Director. Alan was born and raised in Nashville, TN but currently resides in a small town just outside of Dallas, TX.
He has spent most of his career as a leader working in various IT functions in the P&C and Health Care verticals. More recently he has been heavily involved in the Data and Analytics functions, designing, and delivering modern data ecosystems and analytics solutions for my business partners.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping, sci-fi / fantasy, football, and golf.
Nicole Lozano leads the operational and administrative optimization of the South Region. Her team positions leaders with increased efficiency and accessibility by prioritizing objectives, analyzing current operations, identifying potential solutions, and providing centralized resources. She is passionate about implementing a standard of excellence to support overall organizational growth and success.
Nicole joined Acrisure agency partner, IBTX, in 2010 where she obtained extensive experience in leadership, enterprise solutions, insurance operations, risk management, agency operations, corporate resources, workflow development, system configuration, networking, client relationship management, and more.
Courtney Kingma is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. With a diverse background in employee engagement, intentional communication, change management, and strategic planning and execution, Courtney brings to her role a versatile skill set and a wealth of expertise.
Courtney has been with Acrisure LLC since April 2021. As Senior Human Resources Manager of the South Platform, she assists in HR integration, organizational structure, and support for the executive leadership team. Courtney's diverse experience demonstrates strong partnerships with business partners and a tailored, collaborative approach to assisting agencies with workforce organization, succession planning, and business unit restructuring. Courtney champions best practices in the management of complex employee-relations challenges, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and provides training and development solutions to meet the needs of Agency Partners and employees.
Courtney's professional track record also includes process improvement and creating a positive work environment that drives increased collaboration, productivity, transparency, and trust among team members. She is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and respecting individuals' unique perspectives and experiences.

Jennifer Gilbreath is a seasoned insurance professional and operations executive with an impressive career spanning over 20 years in the insurance industry. Throughout her professional journey, Jennifer has exhibited a results-driven approach and an ability to develop scalable operational processes to accommodate increased growth.
Jennifer's career began as an Employee Benefits Analyst for a national retail computer company, where she gained valuable experience with Health and Welfare programs and Leave of Absence regulations in all 50 states. Building on this foundation, she served as the Client Executive for JDS Benefits, where she played a key role in creating national benefits programs for multiple industry sectors. She also contributed to the successful merger of JDS Benefits and Powter Insurance, forming GDP Advisors.
As Director of Operations for GDP Advisors, Jennifer implemented a new service model and streamlined efficiencies, which significantly contributed to the company's 35% margin growth. Her expertise in operational optimization and strategic planning proved instrumental in driving the company's success.
Currently, Jennifer serves as the Director of Benefit Operations for the South Region at Acrisure. In this capacity, she oversees day-to-day operational activities, focusing on developing and implementing efficiencies and strategies to acquire and retain clients, thereby driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is a devoted mother to two amazing daughters and a loving wife. She values spending quality time with her family and cherishes their moments together. Additionally, Jennifer finds fulfillment in traveling and serving her community through mission work, as she is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
