Executive Leadership

Greg Williams

Greg Williams is the Chairman & CEO of Acrisure, which he co-founded in 2005. With a compounded annual growth rate of 63% since 2013, the Company is approaching $4 billion in revenue and has averaged more than 100 M&A transactions per year since 2017. Already the 6th largest insurance broker in the world, and largest independent Real Estate Services Company in America, Acrisure is now a global Fintech company with a broad product and service offering.

Greg has extended Acrisure's success into distinct social impact. In 2020, Acrisure pledged $15 million to establish the Center for Innovation in Children's Health at the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, home to Acrisure's global headquarters. And, more recently, Greg spearheaded the creation of Evolution Advisors, a joint venture between Acrisure, NFL Quarterback and Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson and his wife, Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, Ciara and NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook. This joint venture is focused on the insurance and financial service needs of minorities and diverse communities.

Prior to founding Acrisure, Greg was an investor and Board Advisor to a variety of companies and was a Vice President for Michigan National Corporation (MNC), a $19 billion bank holding company. As a senior executive at MNC, Greg managed the Commercial Sales and Services Group, was a member of the Corporate Marketing Committee and chaired the Corporate Operations Committee.

Greg Williams

Grahame Millwater, President, Global Insurance, brings considerable industry experience to revenue growth, carrier relationships and analytical strategies.

He also has the responsibility for driving forward Acrisure’s relationships and strategy with all forms of underwriting capital, including insurers, reinsurers and also insurance related funds. In his role he assumes responsibility for all the market facing elements of the organization, including the reinsurance business, wholesale relationships, Acrisure Partner Solutions (APS), and the Carrier Management team.

Prior to joining, Millwater had led and built Beach and Associates as Chief Executive Officer, a London-based Global Reinsurance Intermediary that partnered with Acrisure in early 2018.

Prior to Beach, Grahame served in a number of senior positions over a 27-year tenure with Willis Group. He was CEO of Willis Re from 2004, and then became President and COO of Willis Group in 2008 with responsibility for all the global and international businesses outside North America.

Grahame Millwater

As Chief Operating Officer & Chief Administrative Officer at Acrisure, Sozon brings over 15 years of business leadership experience to his current role and is responsible for all operational and administrative functions at Acrisure. Sozon works closely with Acrisure’s Operational Leadership team and Partners to ensure that Acrisure’s Home Office operational and administrative fronts are well-positioned to support the company’s unprecedented growth.

Prior to his current role, Sozon served as Retail Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw Acrisure’s field operations, and was the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits, where he worked closely in collaboration with Acrisure’s Partners to build and implement leading employee benefits strategies.

Sozon received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Sozon Vatikiotis

Matthew Marolda is a member of the executive leadership team at Acrisure, where he serves as Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, he focuses on building and leading Acrisure’s artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, data and technology platforms, and awareness and growth marketing to drive business and growth opportunities.

Matt has spent his career using AI, data, technology, and analytics to drive strategic outcomes, marketing campaigns, and creative decisions in high-profile arenas. Notably, he served as the Chief Analytics Officer of Legendary Entertainment, President of Applied Analytics at WarnerMedia, and as a member of the executive leadership team at Tulco Holdings.

Prior to Legendary, Matt founded StratBridge, which had two software solutions, both of which he sold as stand-alone businesses: a “moneyball” player analysis platform used by many organizations in the NFL, NBA, English Premiere League, and Major League Soccer; and dynamic pricing and revenue analysis platform used by many professional sports teams.

In addition to Acrisure, Matt currently serves as a board member, advisor, or investor in Soundhouse LLC, Teton Ridge, Ultranauts, Life Vault, Harvard Data Science Review, Justice Innovation Lab, and the USA for United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). He earned his MBA at the Tuck School at Dartmouth where he won the Adams Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. He graduated from Bowdoin College with Honors, earning majors in economics and mathematics and a minor in art history.

Matt Marolda

As Chief Acquisition Officer, Jason leads the strategic direction, capital structure and investment strategy for this vertical.

Over the past decade, Jason was CEO and Board Member of Constellis – a leading provider of operational support and risk management services for the U.S. government. With more than 28,000 employees worldwide, Jason led the consolidation of the government security and logistics services industry creating one of the world’s largest security services companies. In 2016, Jason sold his controlling interest to Apollo Global Management and remained as CEO for the following two years.

Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. He subsequently co-managed a large family office with multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan

Jason DeYonker

Ryan Foley

As Chief Legal Officer of Acrisure, Ryan Foley oversees the legal department and coordinates with regional and functional general counsels on matters affecting the firm’s numerous Agency Partners. Ryan serves as an advisor to Acrisure’s Executive Leadership on a range of legal, compliance and risk management functions that impact the company. He is also responsible for overseeing all internal and external legal activities.

In his previous role at Acrisure as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Litigation, Ryan supervised a team of professional and paralegal staff and created infrastructure that assisted in managing outside counsel and non-legal vendor spend, reporting and law firm panels. Prior to joining Acrisure, he was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm in the business and insurance litigation practice, and he also previously spent almost a decade with AIG’s corporate law department.

Ryan holds a law degree from Villanova University, and his LL.M. from St. John’s University. Throughout his career, he’s provided pro bono legal services primarily supporting military and veterans’ causes. Currently, he’s a pro bono attorney for the ABA’s Military & Veterans’ Legal Center.

Ryan Foley

Brendan McCord is President of Acrisure Capital, a systematic investment firm based on proprietary AI systems, and an executive and key technology leader at Acrisure overall.

Prior to Acrisure, Brendan was founding CEO of the AI companies that were acquired in 2020 to form Acrisure Technology Group. As President of Tulco Labs and EVP of Tulco Holdings, he helped entrepreneurs transform static sectors using AI, a strategy used by Tulco to generate billions of dollars in investment return. Prior to Tulco, Brendan was the primary author of the first Department of Defense AI Strategy and founded the first DoD-wide applied AI organization.

Brendan serves on advisory boards for the Harvard Data Science Review and Applied Intuition. He spent 610 days underwater as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard.

Brendan McCord

Insurance Leadership

Bob Arowood

Bob leads Acrisure's entire wholesale effort in North America and is focused on seeing Acrisure become one of the largest wholesalers in the world. He joined Acrisure in 2022 via its acquisition of Appalachian Underwriters, a national MGA which Bob formed and served as CEO.

Bob started his career in his family retail insurance agency in 1983. In addition to forming Appalachian Underwriters, Bob has founded various other insurance entities including carriers, reinsurance captives, and risk retention groups.

Bob Arowood

Ben is Chief Operating Officer of Title Insurance and leads the effort to accelerate growth by expanding relationship, implementing technology and leveraging Tempo’s scale. Prior to Tempo, Ben was a founder and chief investment officer of real estate technology company focused on the residential home owner. Ben started his career as a real estate investment banker on Wall Street. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Steven Brown

Steven Brown is Head of Acrisure's Private Risk Advisors and leads Acrisure's strategy and planning in the High Net Worth Insurance world. He joined Acrisure in 2021 via its acquisition of Hoffman Brown in late 2021 where he served as President. Hoffman Brown has been serving clients in the High Net Worth space for 35 years and specializes in commercial, personal and benefits insurance.

Steve is based in Sherman Oaks, California and is a graduate of Tulane University, B.S. & M.S. in Biology. He is involved in supporting many local groups and is currently a board member of LA Family Housing, Wilshire Boulevard Temple and Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

Seth Denson
Seth Denson leads Acrisure's Employee Benefits practice in the US. Seth joined Acrisure in 2019 as one of the lead Partners of GDP Advisors, based in Dallas, which was acquired by Acrisure in 2019. He is an outstanding leader in the Employee Benefits space, where he is well known for his expertise and perspectives in healthcare. In addition to his role at Acrisure, Seth is a national keynote & TEDx Speaker, an Author, Contributing writer for numerous publications and national news media personality.

Seth Denson

Jason Howard is the President of Acrisure International, with responsibility for building out the group's operations outside the US, and remains Chairman of Acrisure Re. Jason joined Acrisure Re (formerly Beach) in April 2016 as CEO, UK and International, and in January 2019 he was appointed Group CEO and is responsible for running the global business. Jason has over 30 years' experience in the reinsurance industry, having worked for Willcox / Johnson & Higgins, and various divisions of the Willis Group.

He was made CEO of Willis Re International and Specialty in 2010. Jason headed up Glencairn in 2012 and oversaw the creation of Faber Global, the combined Willis Facultative and Glencairn, and made CEO following the amalgamation. In July 2014, Jason became CEO of Acappella Holdings.

Jason Howard

Matthew Kirk is President, North America, Retail and a member of the Insurance Leadership Team at Acrisure. In this role, Matt is focused on the financial success of the business including market leading organic growth and a total client offering. He also works to help Acrisure achieve operational excellence including a sales acceleration and talent development infrastructure, embracing technology as a client and operational differentiator and delivering the best products and underwriting capacity in the market.

Prior to joining Acrisure, Matt served as the Chief Sales & Distribution Officer for Small Commercial at The Hartford, where he led the small commercial sales and distribution organization and was responsible for its sales performance and distribution strategy.

Matt also served as the deputy assistant to President George W. Bush in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs from 2004-2005. He also worked in the United States Senate Leadership for Senator Don Nickles (R, OK). He is a board member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and a past board member of the Connecticut Insurance and Financial Services Cluster and the Metro Hartford Alliance, the Hartford region’s chamber of commerce.

Matthew Kirk

Mike Natalizio
Mike is Head of Partner Engagement and Transformation and responsible for working with APs to help transform our business practices to create greater value for our clients. He joined Acrisure as the CEO of HNI Risk Services an insurance and risk advisory firm with locations across the Midwest.

Mike Natalizio

Andy has been with Acrisure since 2005, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Global Insurance where he leads the operational infrastructure, management and financial reporting associated with Acrisure's Insurance division. Prior to this role he served as the Retail Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the activities of the firm’s Regional Executive Vice Presidents (REVPs).

Andy has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving in various roles including coverage placement, carrier relations management, and agency leadership.  He previously served as Regional Executive Vice President of the Midwest region, and supports our Partners with Operation matters in his current role. This includes business and perpetuation planning, performance optimization and integration with Home Office Resources.

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hillsdale College and an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He also has obtained the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

Andy Schutt

Home Office Leadership

Elliott Bundy leads the Communications & Marketing function for Acrisure. Previously, he held the same role at XL Group, a global insurance and reinsurance carrier. During his career, Elliott has been recognized for innovative approaches to brand design, content marketing, and digital communications to support insurance and financial services.

Prior to XL Group, Elliott served as a Vice President at the financial communications firm Sard Verbinnen & Co. and at the D.C.-based public affairs firm CLS & Associates. Originally from Alaska, Elliott began his career working in the Capitol Hill offices and campaigns of the state’s Congressional Delegation. His other political work has included campaigns in a variety of states from Washington to Florida.

Outside of work, Elliott is an advocate for child adoption and is a past board member of Adoption Share, a nonprofit working to make the adoption of children easier through the use of technology and social networking.

Elliott Bundy

Kelly Conway's headshot

As Acrisure’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Kelly is responsible for developing a cohesive and best-in-class people strategy focused on continuing to attract, develop and retain industry-leading talent to support Acrisure’s growth.

She has more than two decades of experience leading global human resources business partner functions as well as talent management, recruitment, training and development. As CHRO, she works to develop and execute strategies that impact culture and organizational performance. She also focuses on cross-functional development to ensure Acrisure’s operational and administrative roles are geared to support the Company’s unprecedented growth.

Kelly’s prior roles include experience in the insurance sector and as Vice President of Human Resources for Stryker’s Global Quality and Operations group. She has led global teams in over eleven countries and held positions as director of human resources and talent development at Coca-Cola Enterprises, The Arc of San Francisco and TomoTherapy.

She holds a B.S. in business with an emphasis in marketing from Northern Arizona University with two years of legal studies at Golden Gate Law School.

Kelly Conway

As Vice President, Acrisure Business Services, Sue is responsible for ensuring Acrisure Partners receive best-in-class support and more efficient services from the Home Office. 

Sue has more than 30 years of experience across Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Prior to her current role, Sue led Acrisure’s Agency Accounting Operations team where she supported Acrisure Partners’ growth and profitability and delivered outstanding Partner experience, efficiency, and continuous improvements. 

Before joining Acrisure, Sue served as Senior Director, Global Business Services Shared Service Center Lead, for the Kellogg Company. In this role, she led a shared service center from inception to over 400 employees providing regional and global Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Customer Service and IT services for Kellogg Company. Sue has held leadership roles in manufacturing (Kellogg Company & Stryker Medical), financial (American Capital Companies), public accounting (Ernst & Young) and small business (former Owner/CFO Dempsey’s Frozen Custard and B&S Enterprises, LLC). 

Sue Dempsey

Joining Acrisure in 2015, Emily Olson brings over two decades of experience in agency leadership, agency management systems, and operational data strategies. In her role, Emily leads a data team that developed AcriVision, a best-in-class business intelligence tool designed to drive automated insights to partners, producers, account managers, and markets about their business. Her expertise related to various source systems and the operational use of data for strategic efforts delivers meaningful and relevant analysis to drive growth and collaboration between Agency Partners.

Emily Olson

With more than twenty years of regulatory experience, Tammie leads the delivery of regulatory and licensing services throughout Acrisure and is also responsible for helping to manage and cultivate relationships with regulators and outside counsel. Prior to joining Acrisure, Tammie served as the Corporate Vice President of Compliance for Jack Entertainment, LLC, a Detroit-based, billion-dollar start up and multi-jurisdictional casino gaming enterprise. Tammie was responsible for the overall casino gaming licensing and compliance for approximately 13,000 gaming positions, 400,000 square feet of gaming space, 400 hotel rooms, and 35 bars and restaurants.

Prior to Jack Entertainment, Tammie clerked at Meijer, Inc. (where she focused on AML, compliance, licensing, and other general retail matters) and clerked at Dykema Gossett PLLC (where she focused exclusively on tribal gaming-related public policy, financing, and regulatory matters). Tammie also worked at Varnum LLP for 13 years (where she served as a legal secretary/assistant and assumed increasingly complex roles in the Corporate Practice Group).

Tammie holds a BS in paralegal studies from Davenport University, and her law degree (with an indigenous law program certification) from Michigan State University College of Law.

Tammie Slauter

Kent Snyder is Acrisure’s Vice President, Finance & Capital Markets. He joined Acrisure in November 2013 to assist the company in its acquisition growth strategy. Today, he manages the company’s capital structure, supports external relationships and works closely with Acrisure’s Agency Partners.

Previously, Kent was a Managing Partner of Calder Capital and a Mergers & Acquisition Advisor for Rua Associates, each are boutique M&A firms in West Michigan. Kent received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Michigan University in 2009.

Kent Snyder

Sulabh joined Acrisure in 2019 and oversees all aspects of technology, cybersecurity and IT systems for Acrisure and its Agency Partners. In this role, Sulabh focuses on digital innovation and new technologies to help Acrisure transform how it delivers best-in-class strategic solutions for its Agency Partners and clients.

Sulabh is an expert in leading change and creating technology innovations that improve customer experience. Most recently, he was Vice President of Information Technology and Innovation at Indiana University Health Systems.

Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer of Sparrow Health System, the premier healthcare provider in mid-Michigan. At Sparrow, he spearheaded the technology transformation to electronic medical records that won the hospital the HIMSS Davies Award of Excellence, which recognizes the thoughtful application of health information and technology to substantially improve clinical care delivery, patient outcomes and population health.

Sulabh holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Nagpur University, India.

Sulabh Srivastava

Barb Woltjer joined our Company as Chief Accounting Officer in July 2018 with over 30 years of insurance accounting experience. During the past 30 years, she was focused on serving the insurance industry as an auditor with BDO USA, LLP. Barb was promoted to Audit Partner in July 2005 and Co-Lead of BDO’s National Insurance Practice in July 2013, where she was instrumental in the development of industry specific audit and training programs for BDO USA’s National Insurance Practice.

Most recently, Barb served as BDO’s international representative on the insurance working group of the Global Public Policy Committee, a committee of the six largest international public accounting firms focused on responding to the implementation of international accounting standards. Her clients included domestic and international public and privately-held insurance and reinsurance carriers, as well as agency brokerage firms primarily in the property and casualty sector.

Barbara Woltjer

Innovation Leadership

Hana leads the Strategy & Analytics team at Acrisure responsible for generating actionable insights and developing strategic recommendations that define and drive organizational growth. In her role, Hana has oversight of the Strategic Assessment, Analytics & Measurement, and Decision Science functions.  

Prior to Acrisure, Hana led innovative and transformational growth of data and analytics in the media and entertainment industry as a founding member of the Applied Analytics group that originated at Legendary Entertainment and was subsequently sold to WarnerMedia. Hana was also a strategy consultant at OC&C in the company’s Boston and London offices advising private equity and corporate clients. Before embarking on her business career, Hana played professional basketball in France’s top women’s league. 

Hana holds an A.B. degree with honors from Harvard University, where she was recently inducted into the Harvard Athletics Hall of Fame. She also earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where she received the prestigious Siebel Scholarship granted to 5 exceptional students in the MBA class. 

Hana Cluff

As People Operations leader, Jolynn is responsible for Culture, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Facilities strategy and execution for growing technology companies.  In this role, she helps drive company growth and innovation by identifying, hiring, developing and retaining world-class talent to provide exceptional solutions and services to clients.

Jolynn has honed her expertise through 15+ years building and leading People Operations teams for technology companies from Fortune 50 to pre-seed start-ups, providing assistance and leadership at organizations such as Cisco Systems, Indeed, TrendKite, and Dell.  She has been privileged enough to have helped shepherd several hyper growth start-ups through company evolution and been a part of three successful exits.

Jolynn holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.

Jolynn Cunningham

Deidre Harvego is Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Data at Acrisure. Deidre’s focus is on empowering the use of data to grow, transform, and enable competitive advantages at Acrisure. Deidre has over 25 years’ experience in Data, Analytics, and Software Engineering.

Prior to joining Acrisure, Deidre held executive leadership roles at Care.com, Indeed, General Motors, and Hewlett-Packard. Deidre holds bachelors degrees in System Science Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound.

Deidre is a member of Chief’s network for women executives and a volunteer mentor for the Ceresa leadership development program.

Deidre Harvego

Satvinder is a digital marketing leader with more than 18 years’ experience mostly in the Insurance industry and expertise in data-driven omni-channel digital marketing strategies. At Acrisure, she leads awareness and growth marketing for Acrisure while working closely with the Acrisure Technology Group to drive data-driven campaigns and build robust marketing technology.

She spent most of career at XL where she established all marketing operations. She has held various leadership positions for large projects including rebranding, M&A, and establishing digital marketing infrastructures and operations. Satvinder has led digital marketing product development including building award winning digital platforms like websites and intranet. At Acrisure, she established the Company’s digital operating processes as well as a technology infrastructure from scratch. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

 

Satvinder Kaur

Orion Suydam serves as Chief Product Officer.  In this role, he leads product management, user experience & design, partner success, product marketing and analytics. 

Orion has spent over 25 years in enterprise B2B software companies with specialization in cybersecurity and enterprise networking. He most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at RiskLens, an innovative startup focused on helping the largest companies in the world articulate and manage their cybersecurity risk in financial terms. Orion has also held product leadership roles at Forcepoint, Blue Coat Systems and TippingPoint and began his career as a software engineer.

Orion graduated from Rutgers College at Rutgers University, earning majors in computer science and mathematics with a minor in psychology.  He has since earned his MBA at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Orion Suydam

Tamara Zaichkowsky is the Chief Digital Officer at Acrisure. In her role, Tamara is responsible for the digital strategy and transformation across the organization specifically focused on the development and execution of the digital marketplace, digitally enabled organic growth, and the optimization of the suite of digital products.

Prior to joining Acrisure, she served as an Executive Vice President and Head of the Restructuring Office for Consumer and Business Banking, Santander, N.A. As such, Tamara oversaw Santander's activities related to corporate restructuring, operational redesign, and digital transformation across the branch network inclusive of the simplification and streamlining of processes and technical solutions. Tamara held various leadership positions within Santander’s Business Development, IT Transformation, Finance and Human Resources departments. 

Tamara previously held various leadership positions in Investment Banking and Alternative Investments for Brown Brothers Harriman, State Street and Oxford Bioscience Partners. 

She earned her M.S. from MIT in Systems Design & Management, M.S. from Boston University in Finance, M.B.A from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.

 

 

Tamara Zaichkowsky

M&A Leadership

Andrew began his career at KPMG working in the insurance department in Bermuda where he earned his CPA qualification. Andrew has over 6 years of “Big 4” Chartered Accounting experience serving large international clients in the Insurance sector. Post KPMG, Andrew was a Finance Business Partner at DUAL UK where he was tasked with managing the integration of the newly purchased underwriting arm of DUAL, Aqueduct Underwriting Limited.

In 2016 Andrew joined Beach as an FP&A Manager responsible for enhancing and developing the Group’s Global FP&A function. He also worked with Beach senior management to assess potential acquisitions. Andrew was a key senior member of the Beach team and played a pivotal role in the sale of Beach to Acrisure in March 2018 supporting the Group CEO and CFO throughout the transaction. Andrew joined the Acrisure M&A team in January of 2019 and is currently tasked with building the Acrisure international platform.

Andrew Boyce

Shelby joined the Acrisure M&A team at the start of 2017. In her role as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Shelby works primarily on vetting new Partnership opportunities driven by her strong relationships with existing Acrisure Partners and industry brokers. During her time at Acrisure, she has brought on north of 100 new Acrisure Partners and she looks forward to continuing to help drive our growth strategy in the future!

Prior to Acrisure, Shelby worked at a lower-middle market Private Equity firm as well as Ernst & Young. Shelby received both her Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting as well as her MBA from Indiana University. Shelby is also a licensed CPA within the state of Illinois.


Shelby Cowley

Tonya leads Acrisure’s Administrative Services group under the Mergers & Acquisitions team, which supports our Agency Partners in the integration and operational aspects that come with the decision to join Acrisure as a valued Agency Partner.

Prior to Acrisure, Tonya spent 10 years in a leadership role with a professional employer organization (PEO) before they became a partner of Acrisure in 2009. Tonya brings over 20 years of experience in the HR, health and retirement plan management fields. In 2009, Tonya continued to lead the PEO benefits department and also took on the management of the Acrisure National Health and Retirement programs. Also in 2009, Tonya joined and a short time later led and supported the team that handled the integration efforts necessary to onboard our new Agency Partners prior to and after close. After managing dual roles for a number of years with Acrisure, Tonya officially joined the M&A team in 2016 to focus solely on supporting our Agency Partners as well as our Home Office teams on all integration and operational efforts.

Dan Martin joined Acrisure’s Business Development Team in April 2016 and works to support the company’s inorganic growth strategy through accretive acquisitions of quality independent insurance agencies and individual production talent. Dan focuses on sourcing, vetting, and executing transactions with potential Agency Partners and has worked on over 150 completed partnerships since joining the team.

Prior to joining Acrisure, Dan was a part of Macquarie Capital’s insurance coverage team in Chicago focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital raises for clients in the insurance carrier, distribution and services space. Dan holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.

Dan Martin

Kyle Miller brings his expertise in mergers and acquisitions to vet, price, and execute new deals. Through leveraging referrals from existing agency partners and deal brokers, Kyle has expanded Acrisure into new geographies and niche verticals. In addition, Kyle advises partners in their inorganic growth efforts.

Since joining Acrisure in June of 2015, Kyle has vetted over 750 domestic and international independent insurance agencies and completed over 100 acquisitions.

Prior to joining Acrisure, Kyle worked as a Private Client Advisor at MB Financial Bank servicing high net worth clients and family offices. Kyle holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Regional & Practice Leadership

Tracey Benison serves as Regional Growth Leader for the Northeast, working closely with agency leadership and the Regional Executive Vice Presidents to support on operations, technology and driving growth and efficiency. Tracey has more than 30 years of experience in insurance across a variety of roles, providing her with extensive insight on commercial insurance sales and marketing and underwriting with P&C carriers. Most recently, Tracey served as Director of Sales Distribution at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, where she was responsible for overseeing growth and new business for retail and wholesale brokers in a territory with nearly $300 million in premiums and over 5% growth.

Ryan Burks

Ryan serves as Regional Growth Leader for the South, responsible for supporting Agency Partner growth by leveraging product, placement, platform growth strategies. He has over 25 years of insurance industry experience, working with Carriers such as State Farm, CNA, and Travelers. Ryan’s experience in executive sales leadership, business development, and organization / change management serve as great complements and resources he can provide to each of our Partners. Most recently Ryan held a sales leadership role, responsible for Inside Sales of Business Insurance at Travelers.

Ryan Burks

Bob began his career in the insurance brokerage industry with Johnson & Higgins. After nearly 15 years at Marsh (acquirer of Johnson & Higgins), Bob joined Willis as COO of the North American Employee Benefits Practice where he led them to record growth. Bob went from Willis to build a successful startup in the benefits administration and communication segment that was acquired by USI. As the Executive Vice President Employee Benefits Leader of Acrisure, Bob works closely with our Agency Partners to deliver solutions that address the challenges facing our clients.

Bob Croom

Nick serves as Regional Growth Leader for the West, responsible for supporting Agency Partner growth by leveraging product, placement and platform investments and providing superior levels of service. He has over 25 years of insurance industry experience, working with brokers such as Aon, Alliant and Acrisure Agency Partner Bozzuto & Associates. He is recognized as a leader in generating significant growth through talent acquisition, producer development, sales leadership and managing carrier relations. Most recently, Nick served as Executive Vice President of Panorama Risk and Insurance Solutions, a start-up insurance brokerage, where he created and built the business development unit and was in charge of talent acquisition.

Jennifer DeMallo
Jennifer serves as Regional Growth Leader for the Midwest, driving Partner growth by leveraging product, placement and technology strategies. She has over 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance, information technology and human resources industries. Prior to joining Acrisure, Jennifer was the Vice President of Agency Services at Amerisure Insurance, where she managed the daily operations and strategic vision for business solutions that accelerated growth and profitability of the company's partners. Jennifer also serves as the Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan. In this role, she founded the Data Science and Risk Management Industry Club, a first-of-its-kind program that provides paid workforce experience and education for young people interested in pursuing careers in risk management. 

Jennifer DeMello-Johnson

Carmen has more than 16 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Acrisure, he served as Regional Vice President of the Midwest at USI Insurance Services. There, he was responsible for managing USI’s commercial lines, personal risk and small business operations. Carmen also spent 13 years leading the P&C operations at Oswald, a large independent agency in the Cleveland area. At Acrisure, he is leveraging his expertise and operational skillset to support growth and success in our “Tech-Enabled Broker” model.

Carmen received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and continues to serve as Executive in Residence for the Insurance Studies program at Kent State. He is very active in the Cleveland community with organizations such as the Cleveland Leadership Center, United Way of Greater Cleveland and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, among others.

Carmen Edgehouse

Tye has 25 years in the life and health insurance industry, with the past 21 years in leadership roles at Aflac working in both field and corporate positions. In his tenure, Tye has managed over $2 billion of Voluntary Benefits sales in his various roles, and developed numerous leaders in the Voluntary Benefits Industry.

Tye works closely with our Agency Partners, Regional Growth Leaders and our leadership team in helping to support our growth in the Voluntary Benefits business. Tye brings substantial knowledge and professional experience that will help us continue to build upon the best practices our Agency Partners have in place today.

Tye Elliott

David Fiske, Wholesale Practice Leader, brings over 30 years of wholesale experience to his current role. David is responsible for assisting in building out the MGA/wholesale platform. He is also responsible for working with the Acrisure wholesale partners regarding operational matters, strategic planning and growth initiatives as well as overseeing National wholesale carrier relationships.

Prior to joining Acrisure, David held various local and national roles with Crump, Tri-City Brokerage and Worldwide/Amwins. Those roles included MGA unit manager, Casualty broker, Product Line Leader, Office and Regional Manager. David began his career with Hartford Insurance Company as a casualty underwriter.

David Fiske

Michelle’s career has spanned for-profit and not-for-profit worlds. As the COO for an Acrisure Agency Partner, she was a key catalyst to their success for the last 19 years. As CFO for over 12 years she was part of the leadership team that launched and built a large successful cultural facility in Southwest Florida. And she was an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers early in her career.

Michelle brings a unique set of financial, operational, and leadership talents to the agency partners in the South. Her greatest accomplishment has been in serving as a source of inspiration and development to the organizations for which she has been involved. She is a CPA, Certified Corporate Coach, and holds her Florida Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.

Michelle Gleeson

With more than 25 years of Personal Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage experience, Nick most recently served as Vice President, Frenkel & Company, managing their Private Client Services Division. Prior to Frenkel & Company, Nick was a Senior Vice President with Marsh & McLennan Companies. During his 20 year tenure with Marsh Private Client Services he held various leadership roles including Office Head of the Marsh New Jersey Private Client Services division, Regional New Business Development Leader and Senior Account Executive, handling complex insurance programs for wealthy individuals, family offices and corporate executives.

Nick works closely with our Agency Partners, Regional Growth Leaders and our leadership team in helping support our growth in the mass affluent and high net worth personal lines business. Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and professional experience that we believe will help us continue to build upon the great best practices our Agency Partners have in place today.

Nick Jemas

Tim started his career in 1986 with Great American Insurance Company where he held positions in underwriting, marketing and management. In 1994 he joined CLG Insurance, where he served as its president for many years. CLG became an Acrisure Agency Partner in 2014. Tim has served on and chaired numerous carrier and industry advisory boards.

Tim is a graduate of Ithaca College, where he studied Finance and Writing, and the Wharton Advanced Executive Leadership program. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager.

Tim Johnson

Chris has more than 15 years of industry experience and joined Acrisure from Mills Insurance, an Acrisure Agency Partner in Orange County, California which has been part of the Acrisure network since 2015. At Mills, Chris led operations as Chief Operating Officer where he developed a deep understanding of Acrisure's strategy, goals and culture. After starting a scratch agency out of college, Chris worked for Travelers for several years in southern California. An experienced leader, Chris is especially skilled in the areas of finance, business perpetuation and M&A. As REVP West, he will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of Agency Partners through operational initiatives and efficiencies. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, holds an AAI Designation and lives in Irvine, CA with his wife and three children.



Chris Manoly

Cyber Services Leadership

Bill leads a team of highly skilled cyber risk mitigation professionals focused on integrating sophisticated Cybersecurity resources with innovative Cyber Risk Management to offer a comprehensive solution to clients.

Meara joins Acrisure from Private Equity fund Abry Partners, where he served as an Operating Partner. Prior, Bill founded two of the largest US based out-of-home advertising companies and generated in total over $5 billion in revenue. From 2013 to 2020 he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Access Sports Media (ASM) in partnership with Columbia Capital. His experience has proven to be invaluable in articulating an often-complex challenge facing millions of businesses.

Bill Meara

Adam serves as Cyber Practice Leader and EVP, Cyber Services, responsible for designing custom Cyber, Crime and Technology solutions for Acrisure clients across the globe. Adam is a guest lecturer at Fordham University and Hofstra University, and leads Cyber Liability education for over 250 Acrisure Partner Agencies throughout the country.

A frequent speaker and thought leader on Cyber Risk, Adam’s led featured presentations at NetDiligence, the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS) Cyber Conference and the New Jersey and New York City Bar Associations. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and maintains a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and a Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) from Carnegie Mellon/Chubb, and was the recipient of NetDiligence’s 2019 Toby Merrill Rising Star Award.

Adam Abresch

Michael is responsible for Acrisure Cyber Services’ market strategy and execution, as well as overall revenue operations.

With over 20 years in the enterprise software space, Michael brings a proven track record of success for delivering accelerated revenue growth at both large corporations and early-stage startups alike. From lengthy stints with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and Collibra, Michael brings deep rooted FinTech expertise, specializing in Enterprise Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Security and Data Intelligence. Michael is based in Boston, MA and reports to Acrisure Cyber Services’ President, Bill Meara.

Mark is running and building Acrisure's Retail business in the UK and is applying our unique model and opportunity to the UK. Mark has worked in the Insurance Broking sector for over 25 years and prior to joining Acrisure in 2021, enjoyed a 22-year career as a Partner specializing in Insurance Broking at Deloitte.
 
Mark is responsible for Acrisure's UK Retail strategy, which involves partnering with the most prestigious independent brokers and MGAs in the UK, who wish to retain the autonomy, but benefit from the upside of partnering with the fastest growing insurance broker in history and our intelligence-driven technology solutions.
 
Mark works with our existing UK Partners to support growing their businesses, including working closely with our insurer Partners and acquisition targets. Prior to joining Acrisure, Mark worked on over 100 transactions in the UK Retail space and has advised almost all the large UK and international insurance broking groups and built and ran a $250m revenue business at Deloitte.

Mark Mcilquham

Antonio Tosti is Vice- President of Acrisure International, with the responsibility of the Southern European and LAC (Latin America and Caribbean) regions.

Antonio joined the Acrisure Group in July 2021 as Board Member of the Italian controlled Company Double S and the Italian holding - Acrisure Srl.

Antonio has over 30 years’ experience in the Industry having worked in London, Italy, Latin America and US. He worked for Aon Group and various divisions in the Willis Group where his most recent role was Head of Facultative for the Americas.

Antonio Tosti

Josie joined Acrisure International in April 2022 as International Head of HR and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, leading the development and execution of the HR strategic plan and initiatives to support business strategies. As a business partner to senior management, Josie provides advice and support to the Executive team and has oversight of all Acrisure International HR initiatives with a strong focus on attracting and developing talent, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to that, Josie was the HR lead at Acrisure Re from 2013 and was responsible for upgrading HR policies and procedures. Josie was instrumental in devising the partnership structure and established the company’s talent management framework, including the development of the firm’s very successful graduate program. Josie was made a Partner of Acrisure Re in August 2020 and remains part of the Partnership group.

Previously, Josie spent 9 years at Willis within the HR department and prior to that she worked in Executive Search within Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals. Josie has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern Languages & Linguistics and is CIPD qualified.

Josie Vinci

Stephen joined Acrisure Re (formerly Beach) in February 2016 and held the position of CFO for four years. In 2019, Stephen transitioned to the role his now holds, CFO of Acrisure International.

Stephen began his career in Toronto at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and has also worked in various top finance roles – mainly in investment banking – for Chemical Bank, Bankers Trust, and Credit Suisse. Stephen later went to Enron where PwC kept him on to oversee and assist in the governance and stewardship of Enron’s liquidation, which was one of the biggest and most complicated liquidations in history. Post-Enron Stephen worked at General Electric (Chief Financial Officer of one its subsidiaries) and then Willis, where from 2013 he held various senior finance roles including acting Group Chief Financial Officer, Global Group Controller, and Chief Operating Officer of Global Finance Services.
