Patrick Rogers

Acrisure launched the Asset Management division in March of 2021 and tapped Patrick to serve as President. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction of Acrisure Asset Management. ​

​Patrick is uniquely suited to build this new division. His extensive knowledge, proven success and commitment to supporting entrepreneurship is highly regarded throughout the asset management industry. His 35-year career has included leading and building multi-billion dollar asset and wealth management businesses, most notably Gateway Investment Advisers and Quadrant Capital Group.​

​Patrick earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Xavier University. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Letters at Notre Dame. In addition, he has served on the endowment board for the University of Cincinnati, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, the Health Foundation of Cincinnati and the Seven Hills School.

EVP - Operations​

Geoffrey Keenan

Geoffrey’s efforts are focused on the strategic development of the asset management division, the evaluation of operations of potential acquisitions, and the post-acquisition operations of our Asset Management partners. He will serve as a resource for our partners, seeking innovative ways to enhance their success through application of Acrisure’s technological prowess and existing client base. ​

Geoffrey’s 30+ year career in the asset management industry includes 24 years as Chief Operating Officer of Gateway Investment Advisers as well as extensive investment company operations and board experience. ​

​Geoffrey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. He currently sits on the board of directors of Ohio National Fund Inc., a multi-billion dollar complex of over 20 mutual funds.

EVP - Compliance

Sara Beier

In addition to her role helping to set the strategic direction of the asset management division, Sara is responsible for evaluating potential Asset Management partners’ regulatory compliance programs and monitoring compliance programs of the firms we acquire. She will serve as a valuable resource for our CCOs to help ensure compliance with complex regulations and expectations of RIAs. ​

​Sara has over 20 years of experience working with SEC-regulated firms in both in-house and consulting roles. She comes to Acrisure after eight years with ACA Group, a leading governance, risk and compliance advisor, including two years managing ACA’s SEC practice in London. During her tenure, she built the compliance programs of SEC-registered advisers and conducted over 150 compliance program reviews and mock SEC examinations of some of the most well-known, established hedge and private equity funds. ​

Sara earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School.
